Ecommerce Scotland is primarily aimed at Ecommerce Directors, Heads of Ecommerce, Ecommerce Managers, Ecommerce Marketers and Marketplace Sellers.

However Ecommerce Scotland and the Ecommerce Club are open to everyone who has a passion to grow their business faster.

Due to the advanced nature of this conference it would only be useful for Masters or PhD level students in a Digital marketing role. Contact us if you're interested in a discounted student ticket.

Car: FREE parking is available at the Glasgow Science Centre for those arriving by car.

Train: the Exhibition Centre railway station is only a short 10 min walk (mostly covered).

Subway: the nearest underground stations are Cessnock & Ibrox which are both  15 mins walk away.

This is an in-person live event and it will not be recorded. Slide-decks for each talk will be available after the conference via a shared (read-only) Google Drive folder.

Tickets cannot be refunded, however you can make changes to your ticket including changing who it is assigned to using the link that was emailed to you when you placed the order.

If we, cancel, move or reschedule the event, then you're entitled to a full refund if the rescheduled date is not suitable.

Recording or Live Streaming is not allowed in the IMAX theatre, this includes both audio & video. You are permitted to take photos for social media purposes within the IMAX theatre.

Recording of short video for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels is allowed within the Glasgow Science Center atrium. Although, you're not allowed to record video or audio of individuals without their explicit permission.

Please note that photography will be taking place during the conference. By attending, you agree to be photographed and understand that these images may be used for future promotional activities. You will be given an option to have your face blurred in promotional photos if you opt out at the check-in desk.

We've worked closely with the Glasgow Science Centre to create a "mainly" vegetarian menu with lots of vegans options. We've also considered those with gluten intolerances and made sure options are available. The draft menu is available on request by contacting us.

Unfortunately the Glasgow Science Centre does not provide childcare facilities.

However, there will be be ample space in the IMAX for parents with children. We suggest bringing a device & headphones to keep your child occupied during talks.

We can also arrange a free child ticket for the Glasgow Science Center at lunchtime to complement your free lunchtime access to the Science Centre's 300+ exhibits.

Please note that there is no adult supervision for children provided by Ecommerce Scotland or the Glasgow Science Centre, so parents are responsible for supervising your own children at all times.
