Call for Speakers

We're searching for real-world examples and case studies from Ecommerce brands, merchants, retailers, or marketplace sellers. Ideally speakers will need to have experience speaking in public and have worked for an Ecommerce businesses with an annual turnover of at least £1 million.

The core themes for the 2026 event have still to be agreed.

Panellists and Speakers will only be considered your company name can be shown and you can provide real-world examples with actual company data.

Panellists
Panellists will receive a one free ticket for yourself plus an afterparty ticket. Plus one additional guest ticket for a colleague from the "same company" (excludes agencies).

Speakers Giving Solo Talks
(Non-sponsor) Speakers who give "solo" talks will receive a free ticket for yourself plus an afterparty ticket. You will also receive two guest tickets for colleagues from the "same company". Additionally, we can pay for a hotel room for the night of the 12th March 2025 if you're travelling from outside 60+ miles. We can also pay for a hotel for the 13th if you're travelling from 100+ miles away.

Unfortunately, we're not able to cover other expenses.

Speaking slots are not guaranteed and will be selected by Ecommerce Scotland and an external oversight committee of other confirmed speakers.

All speakers/panellists will need to attend a Google Meet call with the selection committee before we can confirm you as a speaker/panellist.
